Growth Manager Junior (Internship) (Mobile Gaming) (AI/UA): Producing and testing high-volume mobile game ad creatives with AI tools while owning App Store ASO and progressively monitoring user acquisition campaigns with an accent on creative iteration, CPI reduction, and conversion analysis. Focus on generating and evaluating video, static, and playable concepts, analyzing campaign results, and developing daily UA monitoring skills across AppLovin and Meta.

What you will do
- Produce a high volume of video, static, and playable ad creative concepts using Scenario, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, and other AI tools.
- Test creatives, analyze results, iterate quickly, and work to reduce CPI.
- Own App Store ASO, including keywords, screenshots, and continuous optimization.
- Monitor the market and competitors to identify new creative angles.
- Support and progressively take ownership of daily UA monitoring across AppLovin and Meta.
- Work with the studio founder and develop UA economics knowledge through onboarding with ’s growth team.
Requirements
- Junior profile suitable for a first or second professional experience.
- Existing personal creative work such as a faceless page, UGC, or AI experiments; a portfolio is valued over a diploma.
- Fluency with AI creative tools or the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Analytical curiosity and an interest in understanding why creatives convert.
- High ownership and comfort with producing and testing multiple rough creative concepts.
- Fluent English required.
