hirify.global is building an AI-powered wealth management platform for tracking assets, managing budgets, investing, and financial education, with more than 1 million users and regulated investment and MiCA licenses.

What you will do

• Create and manage content across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Support SEO and website initiatives, including blog content, optimization, and keyword research.
• Build and optimize CRM campaigns that convert free users into paying subscribers.
• Assist with paid marketing campaigns and support lead generation for hirify.global One through partnerships, PR, and brand initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reports for channel performance, including the YouTube-to-signup funnel.
• Design marketing and data automations, use AI tools extensively, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Daily AI-first approach to problem-solving and workflow acceleration.
• High agency, ownership, and ability to drive tasks to completion independently.
• Strong analytical rigor, including defining metrics and extracting insights from noisy data.
• Strong written communication in French and English required.
• Genuine interest in personal finance and hirify.global’s mission.
• Six-month on-site internship in Paris starting in January 2027.

Nice to have

• Python or no-code automation experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
• A personal project demonstrating initiative.
