What you will do
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations processes for employees across Europe.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, absences, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee data and HR systems in Workday.
- Assist with HR reporting, data maintenance, and process improvement.
- Coordinate university agreements and support mobility processes.
Requirements
- Experience in an HR environment.
- Experience with HR systems; Workday knowledge is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to work.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of another European language.
