Director, Strategy, Planning & Analysis (Digital Transformation)

Location: Culver City, United States; requires 2–3 days per week in person at the Culver City office

Salary: $210,000–$220,000 annual base salary, plus a 22% annual bonus target and eligibility for RSUs

What you will do

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify digital innovation and growth opportunities with executive leadership and hirify.global companies.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, opportunity sizing, and trend assessment.
• Create and manage short-, mid-, and long-term strategic plans and innovative business models.
• Oversee digital transformation projects, KPIs, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder reporting.
• Lead change management, employee training, and adoption of new digital tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in strategic planning, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading successful digital transformation initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proficiency in digital technologies, data analytics, and project management methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a leading technology company.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
