Staff Strategic Planning Specialist

Location: Chandler, AZ, USA; onsite, with no remote work available

What you will do

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics for the Power Product Group.
• Support long-range planning, commercial strategy, M&A, and technology evaluation.
• Plan, execute, and monitor strategic projects across multiple workstreams.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communicate strategic priorities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8 years of related experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking, business judgment, quantitative analysis, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience at a management consulting firm.
• Familiarity with SQL and financial modeling.
