TL;DR
HR Operations Specialist (Fintech): Managing end-to-end HR administration and payroll processes for Singapore and Australia with an accent on employee lifecycle management and operational efficiency. Focus on improving HR SOPs, ensuring statutory compliance, and leveraging data to support the People function.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
- Manage end-to-end payroll administration for Singapore and Australia, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.
- Partner with the People Operations Manager to improve HR operational processes, documentation, and SOPs.
- Leverage data and metrics to track program effectiveness and support decision-making.
- Handle shared services activities, including vendor management and office-related coordination.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations.
- Experience managing payroll for Singapore and/or Australia is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
