Senior Analytics Engineer (dbt)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; Workplace: Hybrid

Salary: €3,500–€6,000 gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Partner with analysts to define and maintain a global view of company metrics supporting commercial decisions.
• Develop scalable dbt data models and custom macros for complex business logic.
• Build Python and Airflow automations for API integrations and reverse ETL processes.
• Manage data pipelines with monitoring and data quality tests.

Requirements

• Advanced experience structuring and optimizing dbt projects and building custom macros.
• Advanced SQL and strong Python programming skills for pipeline automation.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to prototype automated solutions quickly and contribute to engineering discussions.
• Professional written and spoken fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing reverse ETL patterns or operational analytics pipelines.
• Background in e-commerce, web scraping, or other high-volume data domains.
