Senior Data Engineer

TL;DR

Senior Data Engineer (Data/Fintech): Building and optimizing data pipelines and analytical models for Global Connectivity Services with an accent on billing reconciliation and data quality. Focus on creating scalable data foundations to support commercial insights and future AI-driven initiatives.

Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office).

Salary: 3500 – 4500 EUR (gross).

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve data pipelines, models, and datasets for reporting and operational planning.
• Analyze customer behavior and product usage to deliver actionable insights for Sales and Product teams.
• Lead billing and inventory reconciliation across internal and external data sources.
• Create well-governed data foundations to enable advanced analytics and AI-driven use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into data solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania and able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Proven experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in structured data transformations and automated workflows.
• Hands-on experience with modern data tools such as dbt, QuickSight, or Power BI.
• Experience reconciling inconsistent or incomplete data from multiple systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS-based data platforms.
• Background in billing, inventory, compliance, or operational control processes.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or data foundation work.
