TL;DR

Decision Scientist (Trust & Safety): Analyzing moderation, policy enforcement, and user reporting flows to protect the community with an accent on hypothesis-driven experimentation and data-driven product decision-making. Focus on building self-service analytics solutions and uncovering insights to improve safety mechanisms within a cross-functional product team.

Location: Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas). Hybrid work model with 2 days in office recommended.

Salary: €4,608 – €6,233 EUR gross monthly.

What you will do

  • Partner with product teams to identify opportunities and guide decision-making through data.
  • Drive product experimentation from hypothesis to analysis to validate new ideas.
  • Analyze moderation, reporting, and sanctioning flows to improve community protection.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to spot issues and investigate root causes.
  • Build dashboards and self-service data solutions for team independence.
  • Collaborate with other decision scientists to elevate analytical standards across the domain.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Decision Science, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, or related areas.
