Industrial Engineer (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Must be based on-site in Samut Prakan, Thailand

What you will do

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Conduct motion and time studies, line balancing, and workflow optimization.
• Design and optimize plant layouts, material flow, and production routing.
• Support continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing standards.
• Drive cost reduction, waste elimination, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Industrial Engineering or manufacturing production improvement.
• Knowledge of Motion & Time Study and productivity enhancement techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, and Continuous Improvement.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on-site in Samut Prakan, Thailand.

• Experience with SAP and work center creation.
