Lead the development and implementation of an innovation hub focused on startups to drive the company’s innovation and growth strategy.

What you will do

• Manage projects related to startup selection, incubation, and acceleration.
• Scout and engage high-potential startups, maintaining strong founder relationships.
• Coordinate stakeholders and partnerships to advance innovation programs.
• Facilitate implementation of PoCs and innovation projects with startups and internal teams.
• Conduct market and technology research in digital innovation, deep tech, and cleantech.
• Organize events such as bootcamps, hackathons, and networking sessions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Innovation Management, or related fields
• Minimum three years of project management experience in digital innovation or startup environments
