Merchant Acquisition Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Dubai and Sharjah, United Arab Emirates; on-site work with visits to new and existing merchant stores

What you will do

• Identify and approach potential merchants at their physical store locations.
• Explain hirify.global’s services and partnership benefits to prospective merchants.
• Build and maintain relationships by understanding merchant needs and challenges.
• Conduct on-site product or service demonstrations and address merchant concerns.
• Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activity, merchant feedback, and in-store marketing visibility.
• Guide interested merchants through the application and onboarding process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Stakeholder management skills and CRM proficiency.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with an energetic and proactive approach.
