Portfolio Analyst, PMO (Power BI/Salesforce): Managing portfolio reporting, dashboards, risk and issue visibility, financial tracking, and governance across customer engagements with an accent on data quality, forecasting, and executive insight. Focus on consolidating operational and financial data, analysing portfolio-level trends and variances, facilitating quality reviews, and converting lessons learned into repeatable delivery improvements.

What you will do
- Design and improve portfolio-level dashboards and recurring reports covering financial health, delivery health, utilisation, backlog, and risks using Power BI and/or ThoughtSpot.
- Consolidate data from Salesforce PSA, project tools, and financial systems into trusted views for leadership.
- Own portfolio-level risk and issue reporting, escalation, follow-up, and heatmaps across customer engagements.
- Track revenue, margin, backlog, utilisation, forecasts, and plan-versus-actual variances in partnership with Finance and delivery leaders.
- Coordinate change management, quality and governance reviews, stage gates, health checks, and action tracking.
- Facilitate lessons-learned sessions, maintain the Confluence repository, and turn insights into improved templates, standards, tools, or training.
Requirements
- Typically 6+ years of experience in Professional Services, PMO, Portfolio Management, Project Analytics, or similar roles in a technology or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency with Power BI and/or ThoughtSpot, including data modelling, dashboard design, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce PSA for project structures, time entries, billing, revenue, and margin reporting.
- Experience with Confluence and working knowledge of MS Project and/or Monday.com.
- Understanding of project and portfolio management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, cost, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Strong financial literacy, attention to detail, data validation, and written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud transformation delivery environments.
- Insurance or financial services industry experience.
- Project or portfolio management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PBA, PfMP, or SAFe.
- Advanced Excel or analytical tool skills and experience coaching junior analysts or coordinators.
- Familiarity with products, GWCP, or similar enterprise platforms.
