What you will do
- Lead end-to-end order lifecycle execution from order intake and validation through production, fulfillment, and delivery.
- Coordinate Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Develop integrated project plans aligned with production schedules, managing critical paths, dependencies, risks, and recovery plans.
- Monitor cycle time, on-time delivery, backlog, work-in-progress aging, and material availability through dashboards and reporting tools.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and scalable improvements addressing capacity, materials, logistics, and quality bottlenecks.
- Represent operations in customer-facing updates, risk discussions, executive reviews, contract execution, change orders, and dispute resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of project or program management experience in manufacturing or operations.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional or global multi-site initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and order fulfillment workflows.
- Experience with project planning, risk management, performance tracking, ERP/MRP systems, and production planning tools.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau; PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
