Site Supervisor

Location: Gallatin, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities for company and temporary employees assigned to the program.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct quality, service, sanitation, OSHA, and workplace safety inspections.
• Track equipment maintenance, repairs, supplies, and inventory.
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain training, inspection, attendance, and performance records.
• Report employee and customer issues, recommend corrective actions, and address unsafe behavior immediately.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, training, coaching, problem-solving, presentation, and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating procedures and write routine reports and correspondence.
• A valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required; ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks.
