Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid workplace

Salary: €3,200–€4,500 gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies

What you will do

• Analyze customer behavior and model relationships between customer activity and growth drivers.
• Create and maintain self-service dashboards for stakeholders using PowerBI or Superset.
• Connect marketing campaign, channel, and touchpoint data to analyze the customer journey from acquisition to conversion.
• Use SQL, Python, Google Sheets, and AI tools to prepare data, perform analysis, and improve productivity.
• Identify research opportunities, conduct ad-hoc commercial analysis, and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Communicate analytical findings and support decision-making across commercial and engineering-related discussions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical or consulting role working closely with business leaders and driving measurable impact.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Superset, Tableau, or Looker, plus Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of how to use AI in analytical and business workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills for explaining technical findings and participating in engineering-related discussions.

Nice to have

• Understanding of marketing metrics, including funnels, cohorts, and campaign analysis.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics such as MRR and LTV/CAC, with strong commercial awareness.
