Manager / Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances – Management Consulting (McKinsey) (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship and should be willing to travel to partner and customer sites as needed.

Salary: $140,000–$220,000 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Support the strategic alliance with McKinsey, including joint business planning and quarterly operating cadence.
• Build and deepen relationships with consulting teams and accelerate partner opportunities.
• Execute a joint go-to-market model embedding hirify.global software into transformation programs.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Contribute to joint solution development, offering creation, and account-level pursuit planning.
• Coordinate with sales, product, marketing, legal, and delivery teams on joint pursuits and customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience at a management consulting firm or in joint go-to-market work with management consulting firms.
• Relationships with or exposure to consultants and engagement teams at major consulting firms.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI, machine learning, and enterprise software.
• Ability to build partner relationships and contribute to revenue or pipeline targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional presence, and willingness to travel.
