Senior Associate, Category Management

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $96,000–$114,500 per year

What you will do

• Support category strategy, menu planning, limited-time-offer calendars, and brand performance reviews.
• Coordinate limited-time offers from briefing through launch tracking and post-launch recap analysis.
• Assist with new menu item and concept development, concept testing logistics, and consumer research analysis.
• Build and maintain item- and category-level dashboards covering sales, product mix, margin, and guest behavior.
• Track culinary trends, competitive activity, and category dynamics, translating findings into actionable inputs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in category management, brand management, strategy, consulting, finance, insights, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, including working with large datasets and building models and trackers.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
• Curiosity about food, restaurants, and menu-driven business performance.
