What you will do

• Lead factory capacity ramp planning, scheduling, resource planning, and recovery actions.
• Coordinate line readiness, equipment installation and qualification, staffing plans, and ramp readiness reviews.
• Manage program timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, cross-functional meetings, and issue-resolution plans.
• Coordinate manufacturing operations, factory layout changes, production line setup, productivity improvements, and cycle-time reduction.
• Align supply chain and procurement activities with build plans, material availability, shortage management, and supplier-risk mitigation.
• Support quality compliance, yield improvement, process stabilization, corrective actions, and the transition from NPI to mass production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex product development or operations in electronics, semiconductor, or optical manufacturing.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, presentation, and communication skills.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, responsiveness, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel as required to coordinate projects and build relationships with international development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with NPI ramp and mass-production transfer.
