Trade Operations Associate (Trading Operations)

Location: Fully onsite, 5 days per week, at the office in Westport, Connecticut, United States

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 annual compensation, including base salary and discretionary target bonus. Expected base salary: 80%–90% of the wage range.

What you will do

• Support daily trading-desk activities, portfolio generation, and front-office coordination with back-office providers.
• Lock down daily trading activity by affirming trades, investigating and resolving trade breaks, minimizing risk, and ensuring straight-through processing.
• Execute processes for trading-team parameter generation, third-party data consumption, portfolio generation, and corporate actions management.
• Review regulatory filings and counterparty reporting prepared by third-party vendors.
• Own and resolve operational inquiries while ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Report metrics and statistics that support decision-making and continuous departmental improvement.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a numerical or business-based discipline from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• Strong academic record.
• High personal responsibility, ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly, provide and receive objective feedback, and escalate issues effectively.
• Humility, curiosity, openness to new ideas, and commitment to continuous self-improvement.
• Must work fully onsite, 5 days per week, from the Westport, CT office.
