Senior Trade Operations Associate (Crypto)

Location: New York City, NY, United States

Salary: $119,000–$161,000 base pay annually, plus performance-linked bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage incoming counterparty settlement requests and serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of counterparties.
• Coordinate with Trading, Product, Customer Success, Treasury, Accounting, Compliance, and Risk teams to support institutional clients.
• Process and reconcile trades, transfers, and inventory across internal subsystems, banks, custodians, and other external systems.
• Monitor daily inventory requirements for settlement, lending, and borrowing activities.
• Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks, data-integrity issues, and process gaps.
• Improve reconciliation processes and contribute to pragmatic controls for a changing regulatory environment.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience at a trading firm, hedge fund, or investment bank.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience with derivatives, spot, and/or credit products.
• Strong self-management, organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability and interest in developing expertise in digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
