What you will do

  • Handle Italian-language inquiries from clients, consumers, and third parties via multiple communication channels.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding accounts and ongoing recovery processes.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with data protection requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken) at a professional level.
  • Experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms or ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
  • Must be based in Berlin to comply with the hybrid working policy.
  • Comfort with digital tools and the ability to adapt quickly to AI-assisted platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and an empathetic communication style.

Nice to have

  • Background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or German.
