Dealing Services Agent (Fintech)

Location: Manchester, UK; hybrid working with 3–4 days per week in the office and full-time office work during the first three months.

Salary: Starting from £28,100 per year, potentially higher depending on previous financial services or dealing experience.

What you will do

• Support customers by phone, email, and secure message.
• Help customers place and execute share and investment trades.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting service-level agreements.
• Complete all activity in line with compliance policies.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in investing, trading, or financial markets.
• Minimum of five GCSEs at grades 9–4, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, confident telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work varied shifts from Monday to Friday between 8am and 9pm, including some bank holidays.
