Software Engineer - Treasury Infrastructure

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: USD 200,000–300,000 gross base salary per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and develop the Treasury Optimization Platform.
• Collaborate with Treasury Quantitative Researchers on treasury research infrastructure.
• Work with Quantitative Developers, Funding, and Finance teams to manage cash and collateral requirements.
• Build and maintain critical software supporting worldwide trading in a fast-paced, real-time environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Professional experience with Python and strong computer science fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with engineers, researchers, and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with numerical computing libraries such as NumPy, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of global portfolio financing and funding.
