What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance options trading strategies for internal and external clients.
• Monitor and optimize trading performance daily, customizing algorithms based on client needs.
• Implement changes reflecting US options market structure, regulations, and exchange services.
• Collaborate with traders, sales, clients, and compliance officers on feature requests and explanations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, United States (onsite)
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Financial Technology.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with proficiency in Java or C++.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing algorithms for US trading.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
