What you will do
- Own and execute the USA event strategy, including conference sponsorships and -hosted events.
- Work with Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success to align event selection with regional lead and pipeline forecasts.
- Structure processes for venue selection, vendor management, and target-audience identification in new markets.
- Manage lead workflows and deliver high-quality context to sales teams through fast, precise handoffs.
- Document decisions and re on ROI, KPIs, and post-event performance.
- Improve event standards, test new engagement formats, and optimize the pre/during/post-event playbook.
Requirements
- Independent ownership of an event calendar and end-to-end event execution.
- Experience managing external vendors and third-party event organizers.
- Ability to align events with lead-generation and pipeline targets.
- Strong project management, documentation, reing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success teams.
