Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Seattle, WA, United States; occasional travel of less than 10% for customer discovery, deployment, and relationship building

Salary: $130,000–$210,000 annually, plus potential performance-based bonuses and equity awards

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and implementation for enterprise customers, translating complex business processes into AI-native solutions.
• Build, deploy, and optimize full-stack features integrating customer systems with hirify.global’s LLM-driven platform.
• Develop reusable tools, adapters, and configuration layers to scale enterprise onboarding.
• Work directly with marketing, operations, and engineering stakeholders to define requirements, identify edge cases, and iterate on solutions.
• Feed customer implementation learnings into the product roadmap and create technical documentation and deployment playbooks.
• Own the performance, reliability, and maintainability of shipped solutions, from backend architecture through customer UX.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of software engineering or technical implementation experience, preferably in customer-facing contexts.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or a similar programming language, with a strong understanding of APIs and systems integration.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar enterprise architectures, including CMS, DAM, and workflow tools, and build integration paths.
• Excellent communication skills for translating requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High ownership, independence, and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, with travel expected to remain below 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience working with enterprise customers in content, marketing, or digital operations.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI pipelines, and agent-style automation frameworks.
