Control Desk & Credit Analyst (Analista de Mesa de Control y Crédito)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia — hybrid work model with regular office presence, especially during ramp-up or when required by the leader.

What you will do

• Verify that prospects meet legal, cash-flow, credit-score, and risk-assessment requirements.
• Manage onboarding checks, including KYC, KYB, AML, credit-score validation, and credit origination.
• Analyze B2B customer financial conditions and assess creditworthiness.
• Propose credit limits based on risk analysis and financial health.
• Review and challenge first-line credit-risk models and support credit-bureau audits.
• Improve operational workflows using tools such as N8N and Hubspot while collaborating with Sales.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in credit, collections, or financial analysis in a B2B environment.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish; English will be evaluated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, especially Google Sheets filters, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hubspot, Metabase, or Zendesk.
• Independent analytical skills using SQL or Python.
• Ability to create flowcharts and presentations for communicating risk findings.
• Basic Portuguese or willingness to learn it.
