Location: Remote in Colombia, based in Bogota
Salary: 2,800,000 COP monthly

What you will do
- Support end-to-end payroll operations across the United States, Canada, and Colombia, including data entry, reconciliation, documentation, and tax forms.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, terminations, leave administration, disability claims, COBRA, and employee lifecycle changes in HRIS and benefits platforms.
- Perform data quality checks, audits, variance reconciliations, vendor invoice tracking, and payment request preparation.
- Support compensation research and benchmarking for the annual compensation review cycle.
- Maintain employee records and documentation in line with local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in AI, automation, compliance, international expansion, and People Operations improvement projects.
Requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate in Finance.
- Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- English proficiency required for daily collaboration with US-based teams.
- Native or near-native Spanish fluency required.
- Experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools, discretion with confidential information, and willingness to develop AI-driven skills.

- Basic understanding of Colombian payroll, taxation, and labor compliance.
- Interest in AI, automation, and RegTech applications in People Operations.
