About the Role
You will approve and onboard new business customers across the Nordics, gather information through text and phone interactions, and apply KYC principles to assess applications and identify risks. You will collaborate with teammates, manage customer communications professionally, and grow into broader case management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Experience with KYC
- Experience with OSINT
- Background in banking, lending, or law enforcement
- Customer interaction experience across multiple channels
- Professional and calm communication
Responsibilities
- Own the approval and onboarding process for new business customers
- Contact customers by text and phone to gather required information
- Collaborate with teammates and the team lead on complex cases and priorities
- Apply KYC principles and compliance requirements to assess applications
- Flag risks early
- Develop expertise toward full case management
