General Manager, Hong Kong (Fintech)

Location: Wan Chai, Hong Kong, Hong Kong; hybrid workplace.

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global's market entry and business growth strategy in Hong Kong.
• Own the Hong Kong P&L and strategic roadmap.
• Research the regulatory regime, licensing partners, and competitive landscape.
• Engage regulators and authorities to identify a market-entry pathway.
• Define localized product opportunities with Product & Engineering.
• Drive marketing campaigns, partnership deals, and cross-functional growth initiatives while building a local leadership team.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of senior team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in multiplying business revenues and leading commercial growth.
• Hands-on experience conducting market entry research and developing executable go-to-market strategies.
• Working knowledge of Hong Kong's financial-services regulatory environment, including HKMA Stored Value Facility licensing.
• Experience handling licensing submissions and working with legal and compliance teams.
• Fluency in Hong Kong consumer behavior, ideally from living and working in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer products or marketing in Hong Kong.
• Fintech or financial-institution experience across B2C or B2B products.
• Experience launching a product or business in Hong Kong.
