Web & Visual Designer (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI company focused on defining a new category from the ground up.

What you will do

• Build, launch, and continuously improve the website in Webflow or Framer.
• Translate concepts and Figma designs into polished, responsive web experiences.
• Create landing pages, campaign pages, interactions, and animations from concept to launch.
• Maintain website structure, components, and visual consistency as the site grows.
• Turn complex AI and enterprise technology concepts into simple, engaging digital experiences.
• Create visual assets for the website, social media, campaigns, events, and other brand touchpoints.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and shipping websites in Webflow or Framer.
• Proficiency in Figma and the ability to create responsive, production-ready pages.
• Understanding of responsive design, components, interactions, animations, typography, layout, spacing, and composition.
• Ability to combine creative and technical web-building skills and turn rough ideas into polished live experiences.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating closely with the Founding Brand Operator, CEO, and GTM team.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design and web animations.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Experience with custom code or integrations in Webflow or Framer.
• Professional, freelance, or personal project experience demonstrating what you can build.
