TL;DR

Ux Designer (UIUX Design): Responsible for the entire design process from discovery to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows with an accent on accessibility, inclusivity, and design system improvements. Location: Onsite in Delft, Kaiserslautern (Germany), or Budapest (Hungary)

Salary: €4,500 - €5,500 per month

What you will do

• Own the full design process from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using appropriate tools like Figma.
• Facilitate collaborative ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency and efficiency by using and improving the design system.
• Validate and refine designs through feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to shape user-centered solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX design experience (medior/senior level)
• Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or related field
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• Ability to validate designs through research, usability testing, and feedback.
• Proficient in English for clear communication across teams
• Passion for accessibility, inclusivity, and solving complex design challenges.
