TL;DR
Senior UX/UI Designer (Banking & Insurance) (Figma/Research): Designing digital banking and insurance products from research and concept through polished UI, with an accent on user research, design systems, and stakeholder presentations. Focus on developing wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, applying AI tools in the design workflow, and solving usability and conversion challenges in regulated-sector projects.

What you will do
- Design digital products in the banking and insurance sectors from initial concept through final handover.
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews and usability tests.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on research insights and user requirements.
- Redesign digital products, tools, and software solutions with a focus on usability and conversion.
- Contribute to design systems and collaborate closely with development and interdisciplinary teams.
- Present design work to client stakeholders, including senior management, and moderate ideation and requirements workshops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating design thinking and visual craft; a portfolio is required for consideration.
- Excellent written and spoken English, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced Figma experience, including design systems, tokens, components, and variables.
- Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in the daily design workflow.
- Immediate availability and commitment to a project lasting at least 6 months.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, insurance, or another regulated industry.
- Experience working in corporate structures.
