Senior Director, Manufacturing (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead high-volume manufacturing operations across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost performance.
• Develop manufacturing strategies, manage capacity and manpower planning, and optimize resources for business growth and customer demand.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs, lead escalation management, and drive operational recovery and sustainable performance improvements.
• Lead and develop Manufacturing Managers, Production Managers, and operational leadership teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, automation, waste reduction, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, Warehouse, HR, Finance, Legal, and other functions on operational execution and transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of manufacturing experience, including 8–10 years in senior manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, automotive, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production systems, quality management systems, EHS, and operational compliance.
• Experience with RBA, ISO standards, customer audits, regulatory compliance, organizational development, and large-scale operational teams.
• Good command of English communication is required.
