Security Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Threat-model infrastructure, product systems, and agent/LLM attack surfaces.
• Harden AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure, including EKS, IAM, and network access paths.
• Review Pulumi, Terraform, and similar infrastructure-as-code for misconfigurations and vulnerabilities.
• Build and maintain detection and alerting pipelines.
• Lead incident triage and containment while partnering with engineering to integrate security into the development lifecycle.
• Define and evolve the security posture as the product and team scale.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of hands-on security engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in cloud security, AWS/GCP, IAM, Kubernetes, and network hardening.
• Hands-on experience with detection engineering and incident response, including alert triage and incident containment.
• Ability to read and review infrastructure-as-code for security issues.
• Curiosity about LLM and agent security and willingness to develop practices in this emerging area.

Nice to have

• Experience at a cloud security company or security-forward startup.
• Familiarity with zero-trust networking tools such as Tailscale, Cloudflare, or HashiCorp Vault.
• Prior exposure to AI or agent security threat modeling.
