Institutional Sales Associate (Web3)

What you will do

• Support senior sales members across the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, and deal management.
• Manage a portfolio of smaller and mid-sized institutional clients to drive activation and retention.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as pitch decks, commercial proposals, and RFP responses.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy while reporting on revenue and activity.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and legal teams to facilitate deal onboarding.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to source new opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hong Kong for this full-time onsite role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client coverage within finance, crypto, or fintech.
• Solid understanding of crypto and traditional finance concepts including custody, wallets, and staking.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required along with strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools and Google Workspace for administrative and outreach tasks.
