What you will do

• Perform hands-on forensic analysis of mechanical and electrical field returns.
• Investigate complex system-level failures and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Service teams to gather diagnostic data.
• Translate investigation findings into actionable design and process improvements.
• Lead the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process and verify solution effectiveness.
• Develop in-house quality tools and testing to eliminate or detect defects.

Requirements

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD.
• Understand mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Norcross, Georgia, United States.
