Lead HVM Product Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support existing semiconductor products in high-volume manufacturing at Asia OSAT partners.
• Own engineering manufacturing activities during mass production and help ensure on-time customer shipments.
• Update Advantest 93k ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test solutions.
• Monitor ATE test yields, test time, device quality, and the rollout of new test programs.
• Support product and package qualification, failure disposition, and FIT rate calculations.
• Partner with product, test, validation, silicon, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of post-silicon product development experience with high-speed XCVR products in product, test, or validation engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with product and package qualification and at least one complete product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with the Advantest 93k ATE platform and ATE test program development.
• Knowledge of JEDEC standards, failure disposition, FIT rate calculation, device yields, and test-time analysis.
• Strong system-level problem-solving, digital and analog circuit understanding, data analysis, communication, and task-prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with silicon validation teams to verify production performance.
• Firmware development in C or C++ and scripting in Python.
• Knowledge of NRZ/PAM4 SerDes protocols, including PCIe Gen3+ and Ethernet 25G+, or LPDDR5/4 memory interfaces.
