Content Creator

Location: Canada — Toronto, ON

Base salary: $55,000–$60,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Ideate and produce high volumes of content across social, streaming, AR, music, film, and interactive platforms.
• Create content designed to generate meaningful consumer engagement and measurable attention.
• Analyze real-time audience reactions to live social content and adapt creative output based on insights.
• Collaborate with creative leadership, teammates, and cross-functional departments on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• Develop community management responses and engagements with teammates, including the Post Creative Strategist.
• Contribute ideas and design strategy during creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings.

Requirements

• Education in video, writing, art, or design, or equivalent creative experience.
• Demonstrable passion and skill in creating content across multiple media platforms.
• Videography and photography experience with DSLR cameras.
• Editing experience with Final Cut or After Effects.
• Writing experience with Google Docs or Word, and design experience with Adobe Suite, Google Slides, or Canva.
• Ability to execute creative work from start to finish, take initiative, and collaborate effectively across an organization.
