Project Delivery Manager (Data Center)

Location: Europe; site-based in the Nordics through delivery

Salary: €155,000–€215,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and equity

hirify.global is building a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform spanning capital, data center clusters, and software.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of a new Nordics data center project, accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Lead an embedded project team across design, procurement, delivery, safety, quality, project controls, and contracts.
• Manage the general contractor and key vendors through execution of a complex MEP-heavy build.
• Maintain the project baseline and run disciplined change control, reporting, risk management, and escalation.
• Set the site safety and quality culture and build relationships with local partners and authorities.
• Drive readiness for turn-up, commissioning, and handover with the DSX team.

Requirements

• Data center project delivery experience, including at least one project led end to end.
• Experience managing general contractors on complex MEP-heavy builds.
• Strong schedule, cost, and change management skills.
• Visible, site-first leadership style with safety as a priority.
• Experience taking projects through commissioning and handover.
• Willingness to be site-based in the Nordics throughout delivery.
