Finance Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Maintain accurate financial data across multiple entities and reporting systems.
• Prepare internal financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
• Coordinate statutory audits across global entities and maintain regulatory and compliance documentation.
• Improve and automate finance workflows, reporting processes, data flows, and reporting infrastructure.
• Work with Finance and Data teams to improve reporting accuracy and data quality.

Requirements

• CPA, ACA, or equivalent qualification with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in audit, financial reporting, or financial controls, such as Big Four or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and scalable finance processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
