Implementation Architect (InsuranceNow)

Salary: $108,000–$192,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Configure hirify.global InsuranceNow and develop integrations and customizations for customer implementations.
• Work with consultants, Business Analysts, Project Managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot Java applications, runtime behavior, memory allocation, heap dumps, and log files.
• Develop and support APIs, microservices, databases, and core system integrations.
• Demonstrate packaged software functionality and contribute to user stories and implementation activities.
• Perform peer code reviews and coordinate multiple priorities through completion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of directly related technical experience in a professional services role.
• Professional experience with Java, JavaScript, web technologies, and Java runtime environments.
• Experience with Log4J, Apache Tomcat, AWS technologies, SQL Server, MySQL, or AWS Aurora.
• Working knowledge of XML, HTML, Apache Velocity, GitHub, Eclipse or IntelliJ, and project coordination tools.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, software integrations, Agile development, and code reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, or equivalent experience; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced knowledge of AWS infrastructure and technologies.
• Customer-facing technical experience and property and casualty insurance knowledge.
• Experience working with people across different geographical locations and skill sets.
