Solutions Architect (Digital Experience/API)

Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta or Boston, with two office days required each week

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Design, govern, and evolve end-to-end technology solutions for digital experience and API integration across the insurance value chain.
• Own architecture strategies and designs for complex programs, communicating risks, options, recommendations, and technical impacts to diverse stakeholders.
• Create and maintain current-state, transformation, and target-state architecture artifacts, and present solutions to architecture review boards.
• Work with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, domain experts, and third-party vendors to align architecture with implementations and future changes.
• Support technical teams in solution delivery, including testing and development using AI and current UX/CX tooling.
• Review other architects’ solutions and provide guidance on complex architecture issues and program alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution, systems, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance technology environments, including core insurance platforms.
• Strong knowledge of UX/CX tooling, design patterns, testing methodologies, and architecture principles.
• Strong software engineering or lead developer experience, with the ability to operate at the solution architecture level.
• Experience managing architecture for multiple change projects or programs in complex environments and working in Agile software development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
