What you will do

• Administer staff entitlements and benefits within the Shared Services Centre.
• Analyze complex HR cases and research appropriate solutions.
• Apply existing policies consistently to resolve entitlement and benefit matters.
• Monitor the quality of work and adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Work under the technical guidance of the Human Resources Officer and report to the Human Resources Associate.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, the internet, and office technology equipment.
• Results-focused approach.
