What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding Global Mobility and standardized HR inquiries.
• Provide operational support for business travel, international assignments, and relocation processes.
• Coordinate and prepare mobility-related documentation, reports, and certificates.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and global mobility guidelines.
• Maintain employee and assignment data within SAP HCM and other HR systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and methodologies in an international context.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in HR Administration, preferably in Global Mobility or expatriate management.
• German language skills: Minimum B2 (written and spoken) required.
• English language skills: Good proficiency required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP HCM is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural, international environment.
