What you will do

• Process and maintain HR transactions across talent development, mobility, workforce administration, and remuneration.
• Manage employee movements including transfers, relocations, and organizational structure changes.
• Provide detailed clarification of HR policies and procedures to stakeholders.
• Respond to client queries accurately via email and case management systems.
• Organize knowledge sharing sessions within the team and across different departments.

Requirements

• Hungarian and English language proficiency (minimum B2).
• Baccalaureate diploma.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting.
• Ability to cooperate smoothly with team members.
