Financial Manager (Fintech)

Location: Riga, Latvia; fully remote

Salary: €3,000–€5,000 gross per month, depending on experience and expertise

International Payment Service Provider operating in the high-risk payments and FinTech industry, providing multi-currency payment solutions across banking networks.

What you will do

• Manage daily liquidity across bank accounts, PSPs, EMIs, and other payment providers.
• Monitor balances, forecast funding requirements, and manage payout funding.
• Initiate and control fund transfers between banks, PSPs, EMIs, and payment partners.
• Execute FX operations, currency conversions, multi-currency fund management, payments, and settlements.
• Monitor payment flows and identify potential liquidity or funding issues.
• Coordinate with international banking partners and support the optimisation of treasury and settlement processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Treasury, Settlements, or Payment Operations within FinTech, Payments, iGaming, Crypto, Forex, or other high-risk industries.
• Experience managing liquidity allocation, payout funding, and transfers between banks and payment providers.
• Experience working with banks, PSPs, EMIs, and multiple international payment partners.
• Practical knowledge of FX operations, multi-currency payments, and settlement flows.
• English and Russian required.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, communication, and independent problem-solving skills in a remote setting.
