Treasury Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage payment processes and treasury functions, including checking payment details prior to authorization.
• Execute corporate FX deals within money markets and negotiate with counterparty banks.
• Investigate and resolve queries with counterparty banks to ensure timely processing.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions to management to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and internal financial controls.
• Handle ad hoc treasury and reporting projects as required.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Proven experience in banking or FX-related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of regulatory environments pertaining to money transmission businesses.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to flexible working hours when necessary.
