Director of Treasury & Financial Operations (FinTech)

Location: New York, NY; Remote in the United States. Work authorization in the United States is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $161,000–$218,500 base compensation per year, plus a 25% annual bonus target and RSUs.

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable funds flows and operational workflows for new fintech products and pilot programs.
• Manage daily treasury operations, including high-volume wire transfers, ACH movements, cash reconciliations, and remittance reporting.
• Automate remittance reporting in collaboration with Servicing and Data teams.
• Coordinate analyst workflows and functional division of labor while mentoring and guiding execution.
• Strengthen treasury controls in a public-company and SOX-compliant environment.
• Identify bottlenecks in wire processes, improve operational efficiency, and support capital-raising and investor-engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in financial operations or treasury within a fast-paced fintech or high-growth financial services company.
• Experience designing payment infrastructure, operational funds flows, and modern payment rails including wires and ACH.
• Experience with functional leadership, workflow coordination, mentoring, and collaborative influence.
• Hands-on execution skills and sound risk judgment under tight daily deadlines.
• Experience working in SOX-compliant environments.
